First, we’ll hear from Adrian Gutensperger who is the owner of Guntensperger Farm Services Ltd. located outside of Seaforth. He offers custom forage harvesting and specializes in dry manure application serving customers across Southern Ontario.

Then we’ll hear from an expert on cover cropping discussing the importance of cover crops for soil health and water quality! Tune in to learn about all the ways cover crops can improve your soils!

Finally, we will be hearing from Sam Schultz (AAFC) about the uses of satellite imagery in agriculture! She will also cover how to use AAFC’s Crop Residue Survey where farmers can submit photos of their field surface to help improve interpretation of satellite imagery.
