OSCIA strives for continuous improvement. While we typically have fantastic responses to our AGM survey, we have found that we are not hearing feedback from as many of our younger members. We want to know where these members see value, and what they would like to gain from their membership. To facilitate this, we are holding focus group sessions for members 40 years of age and under. These will be 1.5-hour discussion sessions over Zoom, held on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Focus group details:

• Tuesday, July 21, from 7:00 to 8:30pm OR
• Wednesday, July 22, from 7:00 to 8:30pm
