It doesn’t matter if you need one to apply for funding or to help you plan your operation\, this is the workshop for you! \n***Since there was such a high demand for more workshops\, we’re offering this condensed version of our grazing plan workshop. Topics covered will be: herd plan and carrying capacity\, using the grazing template\, and paddock design. \nThere will be open question periods during the workshop with our grazing mentors\, Dean Cober and Steve Martin. DESCRIPTION:Do you need a grazing plan? It doesn’t matter if you need one to apply for funding or to help you plan your operation\, this is the workshop for you! Our mentors will help guide you through the process of creating your grazing plan\, from your herd plan to building in contingency\, paddock design\, and how to map your farm with Google Earth. \nCome prepared to do the work! While our mentors will answer your questions\, completing the plan is entirely on you! \nAdditional resources will be provided to participants after the workshop so you can continue working on your plan. \nDates:\nMarch 24 & 26\, 2025: 7pm to 9pm EST on Zoom \nApril 5\, 2025: 10am to 3pm in Codrington – Cancelled \nApril 12\, 2025: 10am to 3pm in Markdale \n  \nWhat you need to bring:\nA laptop (if available) and a printed map of your farm.
