Hello Everyone, It has been another challenging spring weather-wise, with some farmers trying to finish planting, spraying and side-dressing corn all at the same time. Despite this, the corn and soybeans that are up look good so far. Hopefully, the last of it emerges okay after all this rain and there isn’t too much drowned out. Lambton Soil and Crop welcomes Jordan Douglas, Michael McGee and Brad Langstaff to the board. We look forward to their contributions and the value they will bring to the Association. Lambton Soil and Crop will be meeting soon to finalize plans for this year’s Twilight Tour that will be held in August at Cangrow Crop Solutions at Old Walnut Road in Brooke-Alvinston. Please stay tuned for more details on this upcoming event. We would also like to take this opportunity to once again congratulate our 2022 LSCIA Outstanding Farmer Award recipients – Brad and Jordan Douglas!  The award was presented at the LSCIA Annual Meeting in March (see photo below).
