DESCRIPTION:The 2023 Southwest Crop Diagnostic Days will consist of eight 30-minute sessions (stops) repeated each day (the same program will be offered on July 5 and July 6). Each session will consist of a general field crop agronomic theme with various current and relevant topics to farmers\, crop consultants\, retailers – basically anyone involved in agriculture! \nThree Nitrogen Management KSEs are available: \n\nDeficiency Dilemma – Colin Elgie and Danny Jefferies (Soil Management Specialist (Horticulture))\n\nHow do you diagnose soil fertility issues in the field?  What tools do you need to evaluate what’s deficient?  Let’s dig in with some of the newest sampling technology to better fit your farm.\n\n\nCorn and Nitrogen Needs! Ben Rosser\n\nHow much rain do you need to loose N\, decisions/risks of upfront vs side dress N? The economics\, plant availability\, risk of loss and more!\n\n\nBiosolids\, manure and More!
