SUMMARY:Cover Crop Lessons and Insights from Two Independent Certified Crop Advisors (Virtual)
DESCRIPTION:Join Deb Campbell and Aaron Breimer as they discuss what they have learned during their careers for what works and doesn’t work when it comes to cover crops. Including species mixes\, seeding rates\, establishment methods\, termination techniques\, nitrogen benefits and improving soil health. \nAaron Breimer has been a Certified Crop Advisor for 20 years and has been an independent consultant since 2011. Starting in 2015 when there was significant interest in planting green and utilizing complex multi-species cover crop mixes he began doing strip trials to determine the net positive/negative impacts of different mixes and ideal rates.
