Webinar: Factors affecting the Soil Microbial Ecosystem

As part of Essex Region Conservation Authorities’ winter webinars on Crops and Conservation, this webinar will discuss the soil microorganism world via microscope slides to talk about the various factors affecting them, such as cover crops, residue, tillage and fertilizer applications. We plan to show actual samples taken from Essex County from different soil management systems and give farmers an understanding of what they can do to positively affect their growing systems!
