Ontario Soil Network Road Trip Day 5 – Essex County

Join Henry Denotter, Patrick Handyside (Senior Water Management Engineer, AAFC) and Owen Ricker (Farmer Engagement and Research Liaison, OSCIA) to discuss Henry’s Living Labs Ontario site and the research being collected around BMP use and water quality. The Living Lab project focuses on on-farm innovation to address climate change through farmer/researcher co-development. We’ll continue the conversation with Essex Region Conservation Authority discussing the use of cover crops, looking at equipment, and connecting with local farmers. Learn about ERCA program opportunities and chat with other farmers. Bring your questions and curiosity!
