Registration fees: $75 per person.

Registration includes:

  • Five meals (Thursday – Evening BBQ; Friday – Light refreshments/pastries, Lunch, Dinner & Two Coffee breaks, Optional networking social evening with refreshments; Saturday – Bagged Lunch)
  • Access to three speaker sessions of your choice (From Crops & Livestock streams)
  • Real time interactive soil compaction demonstration and stations
  • Exhibitor showcase & equipment displays
  • Networking opportunities with industry professionals and peers

Bus: Registration add-on $25

The bus will depart from the First Christian Reformed Church (9 Cooper Rd, Rosslyn, ON) on Thursday July 25th at 1:00 PM EDT. The bus will leave Emo on Saturday July 27th at 12:00 PM CDT (1:00 PM EDT).

  • Includes bagged lunch on Saturday following the agriculture tour of Rainy River.
  • The bus will stop at Copper River Inn – Fort Frances, Super 8 – Fort Frances, or Emo Inn – Emo, for pick up each morning and drop off at the end of the day.

Thursday July 25, 2024: Join us for a kick off evening at the Ontario Crops Research Station (6444 Highway 11 West, Chapple, ON)
6:00 PM – BBQ & open house

Friday July 26, 2024: The day will include special guest speakers on crop & livestock topics relevant to the region, a live soil compaction demonstration, meals & coffee breaks included, equipment and agribusiness displays, and more! – Purity Seeds, 8044 Highway 602, Emo
8:30-9:45 AM: Registration & light refreshments
9:45 AM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Speaker Sessions (Choose 3 of 6 sessions to attend)

12:30 – 2:00 PM: Lunch & Visit the Exhibitors!

6:00 – 7:00 PM: Future of Agriculture Session
7:00 – 7:15 PM: Closing Remarks
7:15 PM – Dark: Optional evening social

Saturday July 27, 2024: Experience the Rainy River agriculture community on an agriculture tour!
8:45 – 9:45 AM: Re-group at the Schraa’s – Purity Seeds for light refreshments
9:45 – 11:45 AM: Head EAST to Micha Gerber & Family!

From there – we will head to Circle H Farms – KB Ranch – they are the most recent winners of the TESA Award

LUNCH – bag lunches will be provided – we may stop back at Schraa’s – or the Emo Park just so everyone can have To water / washrooms.

From there we are moving to the Stratton Sales Barn so we can tour our new facilities and share with you the next stage of this project!

Next- Brielmann Ag, in the Grain Yard – view their updated shop, equipment and they have some plots to showcase.

Finally, we will visit Calvin Kran and a neat project that Jesse Tait is implementing with tile drainage spacings!
