Estate, succession, transition – call it what you want, it can be a challenging, difficult and cumbersome process. The aim of this course is to get you started, and provide pointers to help get a plan in place, whether you are the older or younger generation. Robert (Bob) specializes in agricultural law. He co-authored “Agriculture Law in Canada 2nd Ed.”. With his spouse, he operates a mixed cash crop and beef cattle farm in Grey County.
