Greg makes use of regenerative practices as part of his operation; he will specifically be focused on his use of cover crops and how his farming philosophy is shared through his direct-to-consumer side of his business. Greg also has pasture-raised beef that get a diet of grasses/ legumes along with non-GMO corn that is grown on-farm.
