Just a quick note to reach out and say hello. In my short time as a Director, I’m finding there’s a lot more to Soil and Crop than I realized. Outreach programs, research projects, and learning opportunities abound, all for the betterment of your farm and mine. I still have lots to learn – including learning more about you as members. I look to forward to meeting many of you when in-person gatherings are once again allowed. In the meantime, please feel free to contact me. I’m always keen to hear what others are doing on their farms. What’s working for you? What’s not? Are you running any trials? Is there research that you would like to see get done? Let me know and I’ll do what I can to find answers to your questions and pass on your ideas. Better understanding members’ needs is the best way to make this great organization even better. I’m looking forward to it!
