If you have completed an Environmental Farm Plan for your farm, we invite you to participate in this survey. This survey is being used to inform an Independent Analysis Project by Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP) Class 18 participants. The project’s aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ontario Environmental Farm Plan in addressing climate change challenges on farm. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, all answers are anonymous and confidential.
