In-Season Nitrogen Rate Adjustments with Dr. Joshua Nasielski

The Ontario Certified Crop Advisor Association (CCA) and Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association (OSCIA) have partnered to deliver training and educational resources to Ontario agronomists. With a focus on cover crops, nitrogen management, and rotational grazing, these sessions will support the objectives of the On-Farm Climate Action Fund. Join us on Thursday, October 8 with Dr. Joshua Nasielski, professor of field crop agronomy at the University of Guelph. Dr. Nasielski also holds the MacSon Professorship in agronomy for Eastern and Northern Ontario. His research is based out of the Winchester Agricultural Research Station. Dr. Nasielski’s research interests focus on the agronomy and crop physiology of field crops (spring cereals, corn, soybeans, and legumes).
Funding for this project has been provided by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada through the Agricultural Climate Solutions (ACS) – On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF). This event is free to attend.
